2. Description of Service
ConvertImageFile provides an online image format conversion service. Users can upload an image file and convert it to a different format (such as JPEG, PNG, WebP, or AVIF) for a flat fee of $3.99 per conversion.
3. No Account Required
ConvertImageFile does not require you to create an account. We collect only the minimum information necessary to process your conversion: your email address (for the download link only). Your original image is converted in your browser and never uploaded to our servers.
4. Payment
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- The fee for each conversion is $3.99, charged as a one-time payment.
- There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees.
- By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your payment method.
5. File Handling
- Your original image is converted entirely within your browser — it is never uploaded to our servers.
- The converted image is temporarily stored on our servers solely for download delivery.
- Converted files are deleted from our servers automatically after 30 days.
- We do not read, analyze, copy, or share the contents of your images.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ConvertImageFile to:
- Process illegal, threatening, harassing, or defamatory content
- Upload images containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
We reserve the right to refuse service and terminate transactions that violate these terms.
7. Service Reliability
- We make reasonable efforts to ensure your image is converted successfully.
- Conversion happens immediately in your browser after upload.
- We cannot guarantee successful conversion if the uploaded file is corrupted or in an unsupported format.

8. Limitation of Liability
ConvertImageFile is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question ($3.99).
- We are not responsible for the content of images you choose to convert.

10. Changes to Terms
